Lowcarb - continued

I have been on this diet for almost two weeks now, and I have lost approximatley 7 kg...it is not sustainable in the long run, but it has been interesting. I think it is crucial to get enough sleep to maintain energylevels, however you get tired earlier for sure.

However this is one day suggestion for meals:

Breakfast:
5 eggs
6 slices of bacon
Mushrooms
Drink: Water and green tea

Snack: Almonds

Lunch:
150 g salmon marinated in wasabi and soy sauce
1/2 cucumber
7 cherry tomatoes
Walnuts

Dinner
Chickenbreast with Tzatziki and green beans

Snack: Walnuts

Evening snack: Proteinshake
