It's 9.30 am, first morning here in Iraq! It's 28 degrees outside and the city is coming to life. Everything starts early (and ends early) here, but we got an opportunity tosleep in this morning, and that feels great! Yesterday we ate a giganti meal with Leila and her father! I've hardly seen that much food in my entire life. Photo's will follow. People here are very welcoming and nice and the coming days will be interesting :) everything ran smoothly, flights on time, luggage and security :) just about everything!
We'll hit the bazaar and the citadel today, i will upload some photos soon, and this afternoon we'll meet up with the OC to make the final arrangements for the IFMSA TNT! TNT is an acronym
For Training New Trainers and is a type of a peer education programme where the participants will be provided with knowledge and skilks to share their experieences, and we are very exited about giving it :)
